Return Policy:
Am I able to return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?
  • If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible merchandise in new condition, with its original packaging, within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Made to order and final sale clearance items are NOT eligible for return.
  • Once your return is processed, you will receive a full refund, less the cost of original shipping and handling.
How do I return an item?

To open a return request:

  1. Contact the Customer Care Team via the Contact Us form on the website.
    1. If the item is eligible for return, the Customer Care team will issue a return authorization (RA) number, provide a prepaid shipping label sent via email, and confirm any additional instructions for completing the return.
  2. Put the item(s) being returned in the original packaging.
  3. Note the original order number and RA number on the outside of the package to expedite processing.
  4. Print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided onto the package and drop off the package at a UPS facility or include it in pre-scheduled UPS pick-up.

Overture will not be responsible for scheduling UPS pick-ups for return shipments. Note the prepaid shipping label tracking number for your records and to monitor the return shipment status.
